Recycled vinyl wallpaper is a good idea, but better is not to use vinyl at all, since there are medical reports indicating that it causes not only alergy, but also cancer. And best is to use the wallpaper that is absolutly ecological and also saves energy as for example Vavex made "Wet wallpaper" that is elegant and insulates heat/cold and noise.
